Anthony Luciano Studio is looking for dynamic, charismatic Sip & Stitch Experience Hosts to help lead our signature leather handbag workshops.

This isn't a typical teaching position.

Our hosts are part master of ceremonies, part creative guide, and part hospitality professional. Every Sip & Stitch workshop is designed to feel less like a class and more like an intimate creative cocktail party—filled with laughter, storytelling, craftsmanship, wine, music, and memorable moments.

We can teach you how to make the bags.

We're looking for someone who can bring the room to life.

Who We're Looking For

We're searching for people with personality first.

The ideal host is:

• Confident speaking in front of groups

• Funny, warm, and naturally engaging

• Comfortable improvising and reading the room

• Organized and dependable

• Hospitality-minded

• Calm under pressure

• Polished, professional, and welcoming

Experience in any of the following is strongly encouraged:

• Acting

• Theater

• Comedy

• Tour guiding

• Teaching

• Hospitality

• Event hosting

• Performing arts

• Experiential events

Fashion, sewing, leatherworking, or crafting experience is a bonus—but absolutely not required.

What You'll Do

As a Sip & Stitch Experience Host, you'll lead guests through an interactive leather accessory workshop while creating an atmosphere that's energetic, welcoming, and unforgettable.

Your responsibilities include:

• Welcoming and checking in guests

• Introducing Anthony Luciano and the Sip & Stitch experience

• Guiding guests through every stage of creating their leather accessory

• Keeping the event on schedule while maintaining a relaxed, fun atmosphere

• Engaging the room with storytelling, humor, and conversation

• Demonstrating workshop techniques throughout the event

• Presenting available leather upgrades and add-ons

• Making announcements regarding food, wine, breaks, and studio policies

• Supporting private clients, influencers, and VIP guests

• Handling late arrivals and guest questions professionally

• Leading the event team as the on-site Event Lead

• Closing each workshop on a high note and celebrating every guest's accomplishment

Compensation

Sip & Stitch Experience Host

Up to $50/hour based on experience

Typical shifts are approximately 6 hours, including setup and breakdown.

Schedule

This is a flexible, part-time, event-based position.

Public workshops are typically held:

• Thursday evenings

• Friday evenings

• Saturday afternoons

• Saturday evenings

Private events may also take place:

• Weekday afternoons

• Weekday evenings

• Sunday afternoons

Hosts are not expected to be available for every event. Assignments are offered based on event needs and your availability.
