Sip & Stitch Workshop Terms & Conditions

 Assumption of Risk: I understand that participating in the leather working workshop involves activities like cutting, stitching, and tool usage. I am aware that there are inherent risks in these activities, and I accept responsibility for any associated risks.

1. Release of Liability: I release Anthony Luciano and all workshop instructors and assistants from any liability for personal injury or property damage that may occur during the workshop.

2. Medical Treatment: In the case of an injury or medical emergency, I grant permission for Anthony Luciano to seek necessary medical treatment. I understand that I will be responsible for any associated costs.

3. Media Release: I agree that photos or videos taken during the workshop may be used by Anthony Luciano for promotional and educational purposes.

4. Safety Compliance: I will adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided during the workshop. Failure to do so may result in removal from the workshop.

5. Alcohol Consumption: Participants who choose to drink must be 21 or older and drink responsibly— overindulgence is discouraged.

6. Personal Belongings: Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and are encouraged to secure valuables. Anthony Luciano is not liable for lost or stolen items.

7. Governing Law: This waiver is subject to the laws of New York, and any legal matters related to this waiver will be handled in the appropriate court in Manhattan, NY.
   
   By signing up for the workshop, I have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to this waiver.
